Southern Structures
pre-engineered steel buildings are made of precision, mass produced
parts. They are produced for a modular method of construction and
are used for all types of requirements... in effect providing you
a custom designed building using standard parts. Custom building
structures are often one-third less in cost than ordinary structures.
Only through
the techniques of mass production can the costs of such detailed
and precise engineering be brought to such an economically acceptable
point while maintaining a superior level of quality throughout.

PRODUCT
RELIABILITY
Every Southern
Structures building is designed to state of the art applications.
Every component has been analyzed and designed as an integral part
of the entire building system, and unlike piecing a building together
using component parts from different sources, we back up our total
package concept with real, meaningful product warranties.
In addition
to a total concept product warranty, exterior roof and wall materials
are available with material warranties from 5 to 20 years.
Every building
system is designed to meet the minimum standards of the applicable
sections of the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), the American
Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the American Welding Society
(AWS), and the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA).
Fabrication tolerances are in accordance with the recommended standards
of the MBMA.
